Handcrafted deep frozen pizza with mozzarella, edamer cheese and cherry tomato, oregano
Ingredients: Dough 56% {wheatflour, water, durum semolina, extra virgin olive oil, salt, flour enhancer (wheat starch, flour stabilizer: ascorbic acid), yeast, dried barley malt extract}, tomato sauce 15% (tomato pulp, salt, oregano), mozzarella cheese 17%, edamer cheese 5%, cherry tomato 6%, oregano 1%. Contains traces of fish, soy and nuts.
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 220°C/430°F. Remove foil. Reheat defrosted pizza for 6-7 min., frozen pizza for 10-12 min. Heating time may vary according to the type of oven. Do not refreeze after thawing.
