Handcrafted Vegatuna Vegan Pizza, 24h proofed dough, deep-frozen
Ingredients: Dough 57% [wheatflour, water, durum semolina, extra virgin olive oil, salt, flour enhancer (wheat starch, flour enhancer, ascorbic acid) yeast, dried barley malt extract], tomato sauce 18% (tomatopulp, salt, oregano), plant-based alternative to cheese 8% (water, coconut oil 21%, modiifed starch, starch, flavourings, salt, colour: beta-caroten), unfished plantuna in olive oil 10% (water, textured soya protein 50%: soya protein; wheat gluten; salt; soya bean vegetable oil; natural flavourings, olive oil 5%, dextrose, lemon juice concentrate, flavouring, starch), red onion 5%.
May containtraces of sunflower oil, mustard, celery, soy, nuts.
Preparation suggestion: Preheat the oven to 220°C. Take off the foil of the pizza and puti t on the grill of the oven. Baking time for thawed product is 4-5 minutes, for frozen product 9-10 minutes. Baking time may vary according to the type of oven. After thawing do not freeze again!
