Handcrafted Vega Mexico Pizza, 24h proofed dough, deep-frozen – 420g

Ingredients: Dough 53% [wheatflour, water, durum semolina, extra virgin olive oil, salt, flour enhancer (wheat starch, flour enhancer, ascorbic acid) yeast, dried barley malt extract], tomato sauce 17% (tomatopulp, salt, oregano), ground vegetable mix 11% (water, pea protein 16,5%, vegetable sunflower oil, coconut oil, grain protein 1,4%, stabilizer (methylcellulose), starch, spice extracts, coloring vegetable extract: paprika extract, fenugreek extract, beetroot concentrate, flavors, iodised salt), plant-based alternative to cheese 7% (water, coconut oil 21%, modiifed starch, starch, flavourings, salt, colour: beta-caroten), , corn 4% (crumbled sweet corn, drinking water, table salt), red pepper cubes 4%, jalapeno peppers 3% (jalapeño peppers, water,vinegar, salt, firming agent: calcium chloride).

May containtraces of sunflower oil, mustard, celery, soy, nuts.

Preparation suggestion: Preheat the oven to 220°C. Take off the foil of the pizza and puti t on the grill of the oven. Baking time for thawed product is 4-5 minutes, for frozen product 9-10 minutes. Baking time may vary according to the type of oven. After thawing do not freeze again!
