Handcrafted pizza with Ventricina spicy Salami and peppers. Leavened 24 hours, deep frozen.

Ingredients: dough 58% (wheat flour, water, durum semolina, extra virgin olive oil, salt, flour enhancer (wheat starch, flour enhancer: ascorbic acid) yeast, dried malt extract), tomato sauce (tomato pulp, salt, oregano), Mozzarella cheese, spicy Ventricina salami 7% (pork meat, salt, glucose, sucrose, spices, natural flavors, antioxidant: E301, preservatives: E250, E252) peppers 5%. Contains traces of fish, soy and nuts.

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 220°C/430°F. Remove foil. Reheat defrosted pizza for 4-5 min., frozen pizza for 8-10 min. Heating time may vary according to the type of oven. Do not refreeze after thawing.
