Pizza Contadina

Handcrafted pizza with bacon, mushrooms and peppers. Leavened for 24 hours, deep frozen.

Ingredients: dough 57% (wheat flour, water, durum semolina, extra virgin olive oil, salt, flour enhancer (wheat starch, flour enhancer: ascorbic acid) yeast, dried malt extract), tomato sauce (tomato pulp, salt, oregano), Mozzarella cheese, Smoked cooked bacon 5% (Pork belly (90%), water, salt, flavourings, starch, dextrose, sucrose, smoke flavouring. Antioxidant: E301; Acidity regulator: E331, E262; Stabilzer: E450, E451; Gelling agent: E407; Preservative: E250), seasoned mushrooms 4% (Cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 75%, sunflower oil, salt, rice starch, garlic, parsley, pepper, spices, antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate) Peppers 4%. Contains traces of fish, soy and nuts.

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 220°C/430°F. Remove foil. Reheat defrosted pizza for 4-5 min., frozen pizza for 8-10 min. Heating time may vary according to the type of oven. Do not refreeze after thawing.
